- Location was most attractive. - Room services was impressive. - Friendly Staff except few receptionist.

Location is perfect and avoids all the congestion getting to City Centre

The hotel corridor is always dark and motion sensors does not work instantaneously

Room was of a good size although a bit dated.

Breakfast buffet offered a good selection but the hot dishes were lukewarm.

Room was amazing the service was good specially the receptionist Philippine adaana was very sweet and humble and know how to work.

Another receptionist was very rude she didn’t know how to talk with the customers.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. No time to check-in or check-out. Room big and everything automated. Bathroom has bathtub and shower. Scent is very good in all places. Location is great and near to all famous malls and restaurants. Parking is large and easy to navigate. Bar and Club on first floor far from rooms.

No carpet in room which got dust fast. Nothing else I don't like.

The location is excellent, near City Center Mall, Seef Mall, easy access to the highway, and there is a small supermarket within a two minute distance. I liked the WiFi, superfast, parking spaces, plenty, and comfortable bed.

The staff, the check-in experience, the service team, and the quality of service. We had three incidents during our two night stay. The first was regarding the extra bedding. We requested extra bed sheets and pillows, which took longer than necessary, so I had to make a follow-up call to housekeeping. The front desk associate informed me that she would check if I had actually made the request, not to check on the status of the request, but rather if I indeed had made the request in the first place. The second incident involved the bathroom, which was leaking from the toilet connections. When I requested engineering and informed the hotel that I will be out of the room for the day, I returned to find that not only was the problem not solved, but that only my bed was made; that is all. The bathroom was not fixed, the room was not cleaned, and the towels were taken away and not replaced with fresh one. I returned late at night with kids to a wet bathroom floor and no towels. The third incident happened when I was checking out and requested the bell boy to come and take our luggage. I asked him to wait while I got the bags from behind the door. To my surprise he was already leaving (almost at the elevator) by the time I had the bags out from behind the door (less than 30 seconds later). I asked him about where he was going, he stated that he was busy. I asked him if it were possible to have someone else take the bags to which he fumed and came back, and banged the trolley against the hotels doors that separate the section from the elevator (far from the room). I then asked him to leave. When I complained, the front desk informed me that they were sorry and more training was to be scheduled for him.

Only location didn't change. Also to be fair maintaince team supported very quickly and amazing service

I used to stay here and rate it 10 but this time the bed sheets were too old and not as white as before. Also the towels were too old and full of holes. You should supply new products to maintain your previous levels of quality or I won't be back Bad smell in the room also, and so disappointed

First time to make reservation at S hotel, and it’s the last. Security can’t deal with a drunk customer that knock most guests door, I asked them to call the police and sounds to me they’re afraid, fight it took more than 3 hours ended up with the big fight at 2:30 A.M. Air condition was bad at the second and third day. Plus the price was too high. If you don’t want to feel comfortable, then book S hotel

I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Room was spacious and very clean. The rest of the staff were very nice other than the guy in the reception. The location is very close to city centre mall which is great.

I had a bad experience with room service. Using my card to pay the machine didn't work. The server said I can just sign the bill and pay for it when I check-out. 5 minuets later I got a call from the reception asking me to come down and pay even though they have my credit card in their file and it was 9:30 pm... it was rude

The room is big and comfortable. Location is excellent, close to City Center, Seef Mall and A'ali Mall. Quite surroundings.

Floor corridors were smell smoky. Room was too cold, although A/C was switched off for long time.

Water leaking in all the washroom, AC not working properly, Sofa’s properly damaged, Carpet with dirty dots, lights not working properly, receptionists were totally rude no manners, room service tried to fool us. still so much bad things to write, to cut the story short useless hotel with useless services

There were several problems(heater failure,electricity shut down) which occurred during my stay, and it lasted for about three days. I approached the staff for their help and they refused to do anything to compensate for the bad experience.

Location, Location Spectators Pub/Bar/Restuarant, very convenient and what an eclectic mix of nationalities, it is an experience!! Stays open till 5am!!! I had a city view, slept with my curtains open, kept me connected to the hustle n bustle below Gym was adequately equipped to maintain with nice new smart connected machines

Crazy plumbing system, most days I had cold showers, a few days no water at all. You have to run the water for ages to even get a lukewarm shower... in a land where water is so precious the system is Totally inappropriate.

Modernity’s of room facilities as electronic control system of light, AC and curtain.

Free breakfast menu bar is one of the worst. Selection of donuts is very bad. Coffee set up and making is not good. Breakfast food selection does not meet my expectations. Also the color of bathroom tiles is very bad(dark green).

The first room was very damp and smelled rotten... but then the staff gave us another better room.
